Not intended Q,. Let me explain: Mass dispell isn't supposed to proc at each cast of Mass Dispell , but it's supposed to be checked against each new instance of the shield you're casting it against. This will be displayed to the combat log. The flashing area graphic has been removed. I honestly get so fed up of every human or dwarf ally griefer coming in and killing npcs, then bubble hearthing out like there pro. There are some instances, specifically in Utgarde Keep where the NPCs cast large shields that slow dps down and drain a healers mana, mas dispel casn be cast over the area with the shield and every time I've used it it works!

You can learn the spell at 72, not 70 just went and checked on my 70 priest. There a way to submit changes?
