The food was the only thing I had a slight issue with but other than that all went well. Will definitely go back again :. Hotel Chantelle has potential to be a wonderful dinner spot but just misses the mark! If you do dinner here, do NOT opt for the unlimited alcohol options, they were pure sugar. You are better off paying the money for individual cocktails. Definitely great for a special occasion not so much just being out with friends or something casual.
My experience at hotel Chantelle was great. They spaced out things perfectly per NY State reopening rules and the service was amazing. The food was great and they just made my experience very enjoyable. Wait staff was amazing, manager was great.

Tables were perfectly spaced for social distancing and cute dividers were put up between tables instead of generic plexiglass. The staff were very friendly, patient and accommodation. Music, food and ambiance were great. Highly recommended. Loved it! Food was great as well as the drinks. Great time, loved the special sign and dessert for my birthday too!
Food and service was awesome. But the drinks need a major revamp, we tried a few different options for the bottomless and they were honestly awful. We switched over to the Stella option.
