It is really important to be aware of what to expect on the day, including our limited car parking spaces, the queues for entry and popular viewing areas and more - please visit our FAQ page before booking your tickets and remember to check the Scottish Government guidance for the City of Edinburgh Council area. If you have prepaid tickets or vouchers this includes reciprocal zoo members, admission vouchers, corporate tickets, Blue Peter badge holders or adopter tickets , please select the appropriate prepaid ticket option and bring your prepaid ticket confirmation on the day of your visit.
As usual, RZSS members must accompany guests who can pay for admission on the gate — please see the members section of our FAQs for more information and sign up for member emails for the latest updates.
Please note that admission tickets must be booked no later than 10am on the day of your visit. During school holidays and weekends, we may sell out of our limited capacity up to a week in advance.
If you receive an error message after your payment details have been processed , please DO NOT rebook - instead, email the admissions team at info rzss. With your donation, and the Gift Aid we may be able to reclaim if you are a UK taxpayer, we can continue our vital conservation work.
